Join Jeff Frogosa for a high-energy Breaking Workshop rooted in strong foundations, musicality, power moves, and authentic movement. With over 20 years of experience dancing and competing at a professional level, Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge shaped by his background in breaking, competition, performance, choreography, and education.

A former member of the Zulu Nation / Bronx Boys Rocking Crew and SMERC Crew, Jeff combines authentic old-school foundations with a modern approach to movement. As a national award-winning choreographer with experience in national television, he brings both industry perspective and deep respect for the culture and history behind breaking.

Throughout the masterclass, dancers will be challenged to strengthen their fundamentals, explore power moves, develop greater musicality, and move with more confidence and individuality. Jeff encourages dancers not only to learn the movement, but to understand where it comes from and discover how to make it their own.

This series is a 4-part training, once a month with M.Fam. A glimpse into what training with the M.FAM looks like. Get access to tangible industry knowledge from people who have lived it and have over 30 years of industry experience. This is the weekend for our competition dancers to learn the majority of their routines with some of the instructors and choreographers from Journey. This is mandatory for competition team members.

This will be a one-day convention with multiple classes helping the dancers get ready and inspired to dance. This is mandatory for competition and conservatory dancers.

We’re excited to have Tony Nguyen Photography to photograph our dancers before out end-of-year showcase. You will have the opportunity to select a time and bring the costumes you’d like your dancer to take action shots in.

Photoshoot will take place at Elevate Dance Company.

PRICING: Pre-Paid Discount- $65 for three (3) digital images (must be paid in full on or before the photo session)

Working with artists such as Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez, The Weeknd, Christina Aguilera, Lady Gaga, Snoop Dogg, Justin Bieber, Kelly Rowland, and many others, the M Fam has touched a variety of stages. Both have performed in the Super Bowl, Latin Grammy’s, iHeart Radio Awards, and on live tour stages. Bring lots of water and excitement to this fun master class.
