Let’s get excited! Here’e the schedule for the day of the showcase.
SCHEDULE
11am - All Dancers arrive & check-in - (in costume, make up/hair optional)
Enter backstage of Bob Hope Theater on E. Market Street
noon-3pm - Dress Rehearsal (dancers may leave after blocking)
Parents/Guardians are invited to stay for dress rehearsal
A breakdown on how to pick up dancers after the show will shared during dress rehearsal
3-4pm - BREAK
4pm - All Dancers return - DOORS OPEN
5pm - Show Starts
WHAT TO PACK FOR YOUR DANCER
Make-up
Water
Snacks that don’t stain or won’t spill (Gogurt, veggie sticks, string cheese, etc.)
Coloring Book or a quiet craft
Costumes and dance shoes
Cover-up to go over their costumes (something with a zipper or buttons down the front so we don’t have to mess up their hair)
REMINDER - Please do not wear your dance shoes, including hip hop sneakers, outside, you will dirty the shoes and track in dirt on the stage floor.
GENERAL ADMISSION/ADULT @5pm Show Starts $40.00 per person
KIDS (ages 3+) $25.00 per child
*To avoid any online additional fees, tickets are available for purchase at the Adventist Health Arena Box office. There is only a $4 facility fee if purchased at Box office.
