AGE CATEGORIES

  • INTRO: 3-5 yrs old

  • MINI: 5-7 yrs old

  • JUNIORS (JR): 7-11 yrs old

  • INTERMEDIATE (INT): 11-13 yrs old

  • TEENS: 13-15 yrs old

  • SENIORS (SR): 15+ yrs old

TUITION

    • $35 - Non-Refundable Registration Fee (one-time per dancer, per season term)

    • After enrollment, an automated email will be sent with a link to pay for the registration fee

  • NEW PLATFORM - we are switching from Studio Director to Momence.

    • 1 Weekly Class Membership - $72/ mo

    • 2 Weekly Classes Membership - $144/ mo

    • 3 Weekly Classes Membership- $194/ mo (~10% discount)

    • 4 Weekly Classes Membership - $244/ mo (~15% discount)

    • 5 Weekly Classes Membership - $288 /mo (~20% discount)

    • 6 Weekly Classes Membership- $324/ mo (~25% discount)

    • 7 Weekly Classes - $352/ mo (~30% discount) - tapped at increasing discount

    • Unlimited Classes Membership $450/mo - for the month

    • Additional credit/debit card processing fee when paying on our Momence online portal.

    RECOMMENDATION

    Choose the Automatic/Recurring Payment Plan. This means that the card on file in your account will be charged every 1st of the month for tuition.

    • Trial/Drop-in per class : Varies $18- $22.50 (depending on instructor/class) - Non-Refundable

  • The Momence platform will automatically run the card or bank account on file on the first of the month. If the card declines, it will send a message and run the card on the 5th of the month , then the 10th and then the 15th. If after the 15th of the month the card or bank account is still declined, your dancer will be dropped automatically from the class and will not be able to continue classes till account is up-to-date. A late fee of $35 will be added to the account after being dropped from the class.

HOW TO ENROLL

  • Changes with understanding the Momence Platform app.

    • CLICK on the class you’d like to book/enroll

    • Drop-in/Trial Class price is shown

    • To enroll into the whole season - after you select the class and identify the dancer/who you’re booking for, CHECK the BOX “Auto-book me into the entire class series”

    1. Click on a class above and log in using your old Studio Director account email, then select FORGOT PASSWORD to update your password

    2. Follow the prompts to enroll in a class

    1. Please click on a class in the above schedule. You will be directed to the Momence platform.

    2. Once there, login to your account OR create a new one.

    3. TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT, please fill out info regarding you (Parent/Guardian/Over 18 years old) and then select ADD A CHILD to enter details of your dancer. It will ask for you to entire in an email for them. IMPORTANT: email just not be the same as the parent /guardian email, you can add a new one or fake email for your child.

    4. Follow the prompts, it should enroll you into the class you had selected.

* Enrollment will not be complete without checking out and payment.

To drop a class, you are able to "CANCEL” on the Momence app if you’re not able to attend. If you need to drop out of an entire class/season term, email studio@elevatedancecompany.com or message us on the Momence app. Please allow up to 2 business weeks to process your request. Inform us no less than 14 days prior to the requested drop date. No refunds, only credit will be given in the event a cancellation is made after payment has been received. Registration fees are non-refundable.
