Elevate Dance Company is proud to offer our Concert Company to dancers ages 8 and up. This company is dedicated to providing our students with more opportunities to perform throughout the season in a more intimate and focused setting. Concert dance is a theatrical representation of a story or theme that utilizes different movement styles to tell it. Our company’s movement aesthetic is strongly rooted in modern and contemporary dance technique. Our company is a collaborative production, comprised of numerous choreographers and instructors who are eager to create and work alongside dancers who are wanting a professional-like company experience. Company dancers will also get the opportunity to attend 3 dance conventions with our Competitive Team. Attending these conventions gives our company dancers the chance to take classes from world renowned dancers and try new styles of dance. Company dancers will participate in the convention classes, but not the evening competition.

 

CONCERT COMPANY $210/mo (tuition or $308 for unlimited) + $1705 Dues

This is a monthly flat rate plan for our Concert Company where they will have access to unlimited classes throughout the week. Each dancer will be assigned required classes and can take as many optional classes as they choose. Dues will go towards a Monday repertoire class that will work on choreography throughout the year for the 1-2 live performances they will perform per season, convention registration, and costumes for 1-2 live performances.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Attend our July Summer Intensive (cost not included in dues)

  • Repertoire/Rehearsal Class

  • Min. 1 Ballet technique Class

  • Min. 1 Modern

  • Min. 1 Optional Style (Contemporary, Hip Hop, Tap, etc.)

  • Attend 3 regional dance conventions

DUES INCLUDE:

  • Cost of 3 regional conventions, hotel not included

  • Cost of 1-2 costumes for live performances, shoes not included

  • Repertoire class for 1-2 live performances (dates TBD and end of season Awards Show in June)
