At Elevate, we understand that there are all types of dancers who are interested in competition. We know there are dancers who are interested in getting started but may not be ready for the full commitment and investment and then there are dancers who are ready and willing for the competition commitment. All interested team dancers are required to audition in order to make team and be placed in their respective team. (Dancers will be asked what team they are interested in joining at auditions)

To schedule a time to audition, please email team@elevatedancecompany.com. Team Dues can be made in 3-4 installments or in full no later than Saturday, November 6, 2022.

Take a look at our four different Competition Team options below. We also have a new group, Concert Company, which will be a group of dancers that will focus more on concert style dancing vs. industry competition level. Concert Company will explore the world of concert dancing but will also participate in dance conventions with the Competition Team.

Concert Company

$306/mo (tuition) + $1530 Dues

HipHop Team

$170/mo (tuition) + $1530(Team Dues)

This is a monthly flat rate plan for our Concert Company where they will have access to unlimited classes throughout the week. Each dancer will be assigned required classes and can take as many optional classes as they choose. Dues will go towards a Monday repertoire class that will work on choreography throughout the year for the 1-2 live performances they will perform per season, convention registration and costumes for 1-2 live performances.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • (1) Week of July Summer Intensive (cost not included in dues)

  • Repertoire Class

  • Min. 2 ballet technique classes

  • Min. 1 Contemporary

  • Min. 1 optional style (hiphop, tap, etc.)

  • Attend 3 regional dance conventions

DUES INCLUDED:

  • Cost of 3 regional conventions, hotel not included

  • Cost of 1-2 costumes for live performances, shoes not included

  • Repertoire class for 1-2 live performances (dates TBD and end of season Awards Show in June)

This is a monthly flat rate plan for our HipHop Competition Team members. It includes the (3) required classes per week, and additional rehearsal time throughout the competition season.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • (1) Week of July Summer Intensive (cost not included in team dues)

  • Hiphop Rehearsal Class

  • Modern/Contemporary Class

  • Hiphop technique class

  • Attend (3) required regional conventions (TBD)

  • Compete at (3) required regional competitions (3 competitions are competition/convention)

TEAM DUES INCLUDED: 

  • Cost of 3 required regional conventions, hotel not included

  • Rehearsals

  • Cost of 3 required regional competitions

  • Cost for 1-2 routine(s) entered in 3 competitions

Industry Team

$306/mo + $1530 (Team Dues)

Industry Team focuses on the popular genres in the dance competition world, such as jazz, modern, contemporary, lyrical, etc. (Hiphop is not included for this team) This is a monthly flat rate plan for our Competition Team members. It includes required (6) classes per week and unlimited enrollment in non-required classes. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • (1) Week of July Summer Intensive (cost not included in team dues)

  • (2) Ballet Classes

  • Technique Class

  • Modern Class or Jazz (level 2&3)

  • Contemporary (level 2&3)

  • Industry Rehearsals

  • Attend (3) required regional conventions

  • Compete at (3) required regional competitions (3 competitions are competition/convention)

  • 1-2 Competition Routines

OPTIONAL:

  • Optional Competitions (i.e. Nationals)

  • Optional Conventions

FEES INCLUDED:

Premier Team and our Mini Team is our intermediate level of competition dancers who perform and compete in the Industry styles (jazz, modern, contemporary, lyrical, etc.) and hiphop genre. This is a monthly flat rate plan. It includes required (7) classes per week and unlimited enrollment in non-required classes. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • (1) Week of July Summer Intensive (cost not included in team dues)

  • (2) Ballet Classes

  • Technique Class

  • Industry Repertoire Class

  • Modern Class

  • Jazz (level 2&3)

  • Hiphop Repertoire Class

Elite Team is our advanced level of competition dancers who perform and compete in the Industry styles (jazz, modern, contemporary, lyrical, etc.) and hiphop genre. It includes required (7) classes per week and unlimited enrollment in non-required classes. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • (1) Week of July Summer Intensive (cost not included in team dues)

  • (2) Ballet Class (i.e. pointe class, ballet conditioning, World ballet, etc)

  • Technique Class

  • Industry Repertoire Class

  • Modern Class

  • Jazz (level 2&3)

  • Hiphop Repertoire Class

  • Attend (3) required regional conventions (Specific date and convention TBD)

  • Perform at (3 )required regional competition

  • Perform and attend 1 national competition with convention

  • 5-6 Competition Routines

TEAM DUES INCLUDE:
